Refund Policy
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, without requiring any explanations. SILVERTALE reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. Any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable in case of returns.
Missing Items in Returns: If items are missing from return orders, where a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn't include all the stated items, the company has the authority to deduct an amount of up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy also extends to promotional items, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
Refund Process: If you've initiated a return for any of your products, the refund will be initiated upon receiving the product back at our warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange: You have the option to request a replacement or exchange for your order, following the same conditions as those for returns. Replacement will only be dispatched after the initial return has been collected or delivered.
Return Procedure: You can begin a return request through our website or instagram. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team, who will guide you through the process. After requesting a return, please ensure your availability for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to be available or respond to calls may lead to cancellation of the reverse pickup. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the overall timeline.
Note on Serviceability: While most areas are serviceable for both forward and reverse shipments, a few pin codes might only be serviceable for forward shipments and not reverse shipments. In such cases, we may request you to use an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 70) incurred by you for such returns. If charges exceed Rs. 70, any excess charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be deducted from the customer's refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, you're responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with your refund.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or a product is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel to proceed with the request. Please note that insufficient evidence or signs of tampering might result in the claim not being honored. In such cases, the brand retains the right to make the final decision.
